The most important thing to remember is to drink the diluted form on an empty stomach. For the efficacy to be there, it has to be on an empty stomach.
If an empty stomach is not possible, try to wait at least 30 minutes after eating any food before drinking the diluted form. This allows the hydroxide to clear the stomach before you introduce food into the mix.
Do not drink acidic beverages, such as juice, soda or coffee for at least 30 to 40 minutes after drinking H¹O. The reason being, is that they will deplete the acid, eliminating the potential for hydroxide to get into your system and do its job.
This is why it’s great to launch into your morning routine with this routine.
So H¹O is a concentrate. And one ounce is one capful. It is recommended to do one capful with at least eight ounces of water before going about your day. You can increase this to two capfuls as you continue to introduce the concentrate into your system, but start out with this 1:1 capful to cup ratio first.
How should you use the H¹O Gel?
The H¹O Gel works great on so many skin irritants like mosquito bites, poison ivy, sunburns, bee stings, and aftershave irritation to name a few.
It’s very straight forward to follow. Just apply a decent amount of the Gel to the affected area several times daily as needed or as directed by your health care professional.
You don’t need to cover the area with gauze and you don’t have to rinse it off between applications. It can easily be used under a make-up foundation if desired. And it goes without saying, but avoid contact with the eyes. If contact does occur, flush your eyes with water for several minutes.
